What data we process
Booking requests: name, phone, email, date, time, number of guests and any notes you write. We use them to handle your request and confirm it by WhatsApp or phone.
Newsletter: your email address, only with your consent and after you confirm through the link we send you. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every email.
Visit statistics: we count visits in aggregate form, without cookies and without storing your IP address.
Who helps us
The website, bookings, menu and newsletter run on the TrovaMi platform, which processes data on our behalf as data processor. The map on this website is a static drawing: Google Maps only opens if you tap the link, on a new Google page.
How long
Booking requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to meet legal obligations. Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to ristorante.lavida@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Images reworked with AI
Some dish photos are real photos of the restaurant reworked with artificial intelligence tools: they carry the "AI Gen / Mod" label and a C2PA digital marking, as required by Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
